Protect yourself
How are you warrior?
The worst possible thing that can happen to any warrior is to have a limiting or worse than that a disabling injury. Make sure you stretch, warm up and cool down after every training session. If for some reason you do find yourself dinged and can't get out and train you can always work on your mind and spirit! Do not neglect your nutrition when down for a while, it is more important than ever to maintain a healthy eating plan. I will be posting more information and inspirational stuff in the near future so keep checking back.

It's a jungle out there!
Hey Warriors,
It is a jungle out there! Whether you live in the city or out in the country you will find obstacles out there just waiting to derail your training. What I mean by obstacles is anything that will try to and hinder your performance i.e. traffic, weather, people or even equipment malfunctions. With the "Warrior" philosophy you will need to be an over comer and conqueror! I have got very incredible workouts right in my own front yard, not to mention in the backyard and garage. I really like to venture into the neighborhood either to the park or running track down the street to get my most effective workouts. I don't know about you guys but, these intense workouts are just as much physical as they are mental release for me! I will be more specific with what I do when I go out and get in a workout later on, for now I'm outta here, I think I need to workout again!

The warrior in you!
Warriors,
This may seem like a typical training site . . . . . it is not! I have been working out for 32 years and have uncovered many different secrets relating to fitness and conditioning in general. Whether you are a "warrior" or want to be a "warrior" you have come to the right place. I have recently come to a realization or conclusion that a "warrior" is 90% or more in the mind!!! I promise that here you will find ways or even good ideas to get your body prepared for whatever battle your in. I would like to offer you ideas of how to get your mind ready for whatever battle life has to offer you! Keep in touch and let's get this thing I like to call "warrior fitness training" going.
